Diablo 3 Error 3003 Fix

Make Sure that All Minimum System Requirements are Installed

Disable Window Mode

The Window Mode refers to running a game in a window so that other applications can be seen at the same time; rather than giving the game entire full screen to use.

You might experience Diablo 3 error 3003 if the game is running in the window mode. Disable it to fix your issue. Do the steps given below to modify settings:

1. Open My Computer.
2. Open Diablo 3 installation directory, for example, C:\Program Files\Diablo 3
3. Double click the file called Diablo IID3Prefs.txt
4. There is a line "DisplayModeWindowMode" which may contain "1" value.
5. Replace that "1" with "0".
6. Click File | Save.

Change Preferred & DNS Servers

The network settings of your computer can cause Diablo 3 error 3003. In order to fix your problem, change the Preferred Server and DNS Server to the free Preferred & DNS server services provided by Google.

1. Click Start | Control Panel.
2. Click Network and Internet | Network and Sharing Center.
3. Under "Connections", click your network connection.
4. Local Area Connection Status box will open.
5. Click Properties.
6. Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/ IPv4) and click Properties.
7. In the second section, select the option called "Use the following DNS server addresses".
8. Under "Preference DNS Server" box, type 8-8-8-8
9. Under "Alternate DNS Server" box, type 8-8-4-4
10. Click OK | Close.

Download-Install Driver Updates

Is your computer running with the older version of device drivers? Running Diablo 3 with outdated device drivers often result in Diablo 3 error 3003. The solution is to download & install latest updates.

Prevent Graphics Card from Overheating

Your graphics card may be overheating that's why Diablo 3 error 3003 problem persist. Take appropriate steps to prevent this situation and fix your problem completely.

Repair Game Settings
